Soccer Coaching,
"Hey! FUNdamental Soccer Really Works!"

By Coach Enesto Farias

Koach Karl,

I wanted to wait a week to send to you the Evaluation Form because now I have the opportunity to tell you a little about the Academy of Soccer.

Most of the youth soccer kids I have in my early class are 9 to 11 years old. And the second practice they handled very well the 1+1 step and almost the 1 vs. 1. It was great to see that because some of the soccer kids haven't played the game of soccer. But, what I am doing now with the skilled ones. I am putting (adding) new skills to make it more interesting.

On the first day we worked on buzz words like: "Cones" (for warm-up & stretching) (figure eighths) "Banana" when they leave the ball, etc…

And our theme was "dribbling". It was rewarding to see a 9-year-old who's never played the sport. And by listening and watching first how it's supposed to be done. In the second soccer practice she remembered the technique and dribbles the ball very straight.

I really appreciate the opportunity to learn from you and hope to see you soon.

Good luck wherever you go,
Enesto Farias
